Frequently Asked Questions

How to register for the exhibition?

To register for the exhibition, applicants must complete the registration form, sign it, and then proceed with the payment process.

Given the proximity of the exhibition date and the requirement for exhibition-related costs to be settled approximately one month before the event begins, priority will be given to full payment of the registration fee.

However, if necessary, it is possible to pay a significant portion of the amount at the time of registration, with the remaining balance settled after the exact location of the booth is determined.

What are the exhibition visiting hours?

Currently, the exhibition visiting hours are scheduled from 8 AM to 4 PM; however, there is a possibility of extending the visiting hours until 5 PM.

What is the date for booth handover?

As per usual practice, the exhibition halls are prepared for handover approximately 4 days before the event begins. After the layout process is completed, the booths will be made available to participants.

How can we reserve a booth in Hall 8 and 9?

As this is the eighteenth edition of the exhibition, many companies with a long history of participation and higher scores will be prioritized for booth location selection.

For this reason, some new participants may not have sufficient history or scores to select prime locations in Halls 8 and 9; however, the final layout will be determined based on hall capacity, exhibition conditions, and prioritization.
