Announcement No. 8-Online Exhibitor Registration System Now Active

Dear Exhibitors,

To facilitate the process of issuing exhibitor badges and provide greater convenience for all participants, the online exhibitor registration system is now available on the official EurasiaNavid website.

Registration Steps

1. Register Company Information

The company representative should access the following link and enter the company’s initial information:

https://eurasianavid.com/exhibitor-account/

2. Complete and Upload the Dress Code Commitment Form

Download the Dress Code Commitment Form, print it, stamp and sign it, and then upload the completed file through the system.

3. Register Exhibitor Information

Enter the required information for all exhibitors and upload a 4×3 cm personal photo for each exhibitor.

Registration Deadline and Important Information

Registration deadline: No later than the end of Monday, September 28.

After the information has been reviewed and approved by the Organizing Committee, you can log in to your account again to download and print the approved exhibitor badges.

Badge Holder and Lanyard Collection:
To receive the badge holders and lanyards, please visit the Organizing Committee’s office one day before the official opening of the exhibition.
