Notice No. 5 – Guidelines for Bringing Machinery into Exhibition Halls

Please ensure that all instructions and regulations regarding the entry of vehicles into the exhibition halls are strictly observed.

In accordance with the exhibition regulations, if a lift or lifting platform is used to install carpets on carpet looms, the necessary arrangements must be made to ensure that the lifting equipment is removed from the exhibition premises immediately after the installation work has been completed.

Please do not leave lifting equipment behind the stands or anywhere inside the exhibition premises after the installation work is finished.

A fine of IRR 4 billion will be imposed for leaving lifting equipment inside the exhibition premises after completion of the installation work.

To avoid any problems or financial penalties, please ensure that this requirement is clearly communicated to installation teams, contractors, and stand construction personnel, and that it is strictly observed.
