Notice No. 7 – Important Notice for Exhibitors and Booth Contractors
Dear Exhibitors,
Greetings,
Please be advised that for this edition of the exhibition, all booth contractors, whether members of the Booth Contractors Association or non-members, are required to provide a cash deposit as a guarantee for their execution performance. We kindly ask you to inform your contractual partners and booth contractors of this requirement in advance and make the necessary arrangements accordingly.
In accordance with the applicable arrangements and operational regulations, no booth contractor’s design will be reviewed and no construction permit will be issued without the submission of the required cash guarantee. Therefore, exhibitors are strongly advised to notify their contracted booth contractors of this requirement in advance and take the necessary steps to arrange and submit the required guarantee.
Safety and HSE Requirements
In addition, considering the strict requirements of the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) unit regarding safety regulations and special safety measures during booth construction and installation, exhibitors are required to clearly communicate these requirements to their booth contractors.
The necessary safety requirements and conditions should also be incorporated into their contracts, along with effective and adequate guarantees to ensure compliance with all applicable safety and operational regulations.
Guarantee Payment Details
It is strongly emphasized that all booth guarantee payments must be transferred directly to the official bank account of Eurasia Navid Development Company, and the relevant payment receipt must be submitted.
Exhibitors are therefore required to fully communicate this requirement to their contracted booth contractors.
